How To Order
- Step 1: Select your napkin color and napkin quantity from the menu
- Step 2: Add your personalization - use our ink foil color chart to select an ink color and add this color, as well as any custom text and your "need by date" in the personalization box provided
- Step 3: Once we've received your order, we will email you a proof of your design within 1-2 business days. Please make sure to check your email for this, and if you're satisfied with the proof, then email us to let us know that the proof is approved. If your proof needs further adjusting, please let us know this. Unapproved proofs will not be moved to production and your order will be cancelled.
- Step 4: Approved proofs are moved into production. Orders cannot be cancelled or altered at this stage. Napkins typically take 2-3 weeks to produce, and so please keep this timing in mind before ordering.
- Step 5: Your napkins have been made and are prepared for shipping. Depending on where you live in the US, please allow 1-5 business days for your napkins to reach you, once they've shipped.
